An animal welfare organization held its hands protectively over a small herd of Galloway cattle. Had they not done so, they would have been slaughtered and their bodies disposed of, because their owner had not complied with the regulations - so "integration into the food chain" was unthinkable. Together with the authorities, we were able to find a solution and save the animals' lives. Pit and his fellow animals became Aiderbichler and may stay with us forever.
