We receive many requests to take in older and very old cats. Most of the former owners don't realize that it is almost impossible to place them, because many interested parties prefer to take in babies and younger animals. Tiffi is a lucky cat. But I only mean her coat color. Tiffy, Bärchen and Mau had a good life on a farm in Lower Saxony. Their owner, an elderly lady, suffered a serious stroke, making it impossible for her to continue caring for her cats in the future. The lady's descendants took over the farm, but had no way of continuing to care for the trio. So they asked the Gut Aiderbichl Osnabrück team for help. We at Gut Aiderbichl quickly took care of a nice cat room and the three were allowed to move in. Tiffi was born around 2012 and was an outdoor cat for 10 years. Then she came to our farm too thin, unkempt and unvaccinated and had all the time in the world to get healthy and strong. Now she enjoys the peace and quiet in her cat room. However, Tifffy needs regular medication for her thyroid. If you have a big heart for an older, lovely cat, then get in touch with us and come and visit Tiffi. We are open every day between 14:00 and 16:00, but if anyone loses their heart to the three older indoor cats, then we will be particularly pleased. Because they deserve much more cuddles than we can give them.
