Teddy and Ben were born in Greece. Their mother was found pregnant and gave birth to a total of 14 puppies. Unfortunately, only six of them survived. The females were successfully rehomed, only the boys remained. They grew up in the care of an animal rights activist who took good care of the dogs. Then the Alexandropolis animal shelter burned down and the animals had to be evacuated. The animal rights activist had to sleep in the car with the dogs as there was no other option. But the dogs were not safe. Some people suggested that they should be abandoned in the mountains. Even if the dogs had been able to feed themselves, they would not have found anything to eat in the mountains because of the fire. The call for help reached Gut Aiderbichl...

Ben now lives with his brother Teddy at Gut Aiderbichl Tierschutzhof Krevinghausen. Both are developing into really great dogs who love going for walks just as much as lying comfortably in their run to watch the surroundings.
We would like a farm as a new home for Ben. We will of course have to test whether he gets on with the animals on the farm beforehand. Ben can be placed alone - but also with his brother Teddy.
