Germany's largest Galloway breeding farm was facing extinction. The majority of the animals had already been sold and thus housed elsewhere. But the breeder wanted something special for Hermine. He turned to a former breeder colleague, who later became known as a cattle rescuer from Gut Aiderbichl, and asked for help. Christian Kögl could not refuse his request and we also wanted to help. That's how Hermine became an Aiderbichler.
