Lucy was abandoned in the forest by heartless people together with her siblings Lea, Lilly, Luna and Michl to starve to death. Another brother died a short time after they were abandoned. All of them suffered severely from cat cold and had completely ulcerated eyes. At Gut Aiderbichl they are allowed to stay and walk around until the natural end of their lives.
