A horse owner asked Gut Aiderbichl to take in her 8 horses. She herself has health problems due to a tick bite on her right leg and does not see that she will be able to take care of the horses in the future. She says the horses are like children to her and must not become a traveling trophy. In plain language: private placement is out of the question. There are only two options: Admission on a grace yard or a slaughterhouse. At first we had to cancel, because taking in eight horses at once is not easy for us either - our space capacities are more than exhausted. But Annette and André Engelhardt, from Gut Aiderbichl Ballermann Ranch, couldn't get the story out of their heads and managed to give shelter to at least five horses. A few weeks later, Ivan, Max and Amelie were also allowed to become Aiderbichlers.
