Due to a bony tail rupture as well as urinary and fecal incontinence, the well-behaved cat Michl was to be euthanized. Before the beautiful, gray tomcat was brought to the clinic, he was only allowed to live on the balcony due to his health problems. The doctor at the veterinary clinic refused to euthanize Michl. He and his team had decided to care for the cat together and at any rate to keep him alive. The tail was amputated and soon it turned out that the cat, despite the use of the best medications, love, time and therapies, could not urinate on his own, and the feces tumbled uncontrollably from the anus. Nevertheless Michl should be allowed to live. The loving support for Michl was now taken over by a veterinary specialist from the team of the attending veterinarian. Michl could not have a future in the clinic, and so Michl's human friends contacted the animal rescue center at Gut Aiderbichl. Now he lives at Gut Aiderbichl Traisen and enjoys life!
