Miss Piggy and Wutz are red-colored Husum pigs. This huge breed of pig comes from North Friesland. The small animal sanctuary where they both lived had to be closed down and the owner was trying to find a safe forever home for her animals. This is how Miss Piggy and Wutz ended up at the Gut Aiderbichl sanctuary in Henndorf, after an animal charity campaigned to take in their mother Miss Piggy and son Wutz.
