Cat Filou
He's everything: a rascal, a heart twister and a smart aleck
Cat Filou is not yet five years old, and could certainly tell us an interesting story.
The pretty red and white colored tomcat was given to the veterinary clinic by a young couple. Why - why - why: unfortunately there was no answer to this.
After consultation, he could be taken in his new home Gut Aiderbichl Maria Schmolln. Beforehand, the vets in the clinic operated on injuries to his paws - otherwise everything was healthy.
Filou learned very quickly what it means to be able to live a carefree life
Young Filou has settled in relatively quickly and is living up to his name. He is clever when it comes to getting a treat, he flirts with his keepers and he is just all around a real rascal.
Filou likes to be in one of the rooms in the house, or to play in the garden with all the other cats, also to peacock a little and just be allowed to be a cat.
"Filou is a very sweet guy, he loves to cuddle and his biggest hobby is eating" - this is how he is described by the animal keepers. An all-around cozy and pleasant cat who was surrendered to the animal hospital. Why no one was interested in him anymore? Separation, too much work, financial problems, change of apartment ... whatever it is: Filou is now a happy, beautiful and lovable cat in his new forever home.
Animals are our fellow creatures and we pay them respect
Do cats grieve when they realize they are being surrendered? It is not uncommon for cats to lose their caregiver. People have to go to a nursing home, die or separate. But often the cat is just given away - in an animal shelter or abandoned on a road, in the forest ...
Filou appears calm and level-headed - you don't get the impression that he is grieving. Even the transport from the animal hospital to the cat house in Maria Schmolln did not stress him.
The beautiful Filou flirts with the keepers - and with all of them. He nudges his head lovingly against people's foreheads or rubs his head against their legs with pleasure. Thank goodness there is no trace of sadness.
Filou has fallen in love with Luna and Imani
Luna was given away because she caused allergies in the owners' children and Imani, for example, had the same fate as Filou: she was given away in the veterinary clinic. Filou has especially eyes for the beautiful gray - white Imani.
